Our General Quality Policy

While carrying out higher education activities, Hasan Kalyoncu University aims to meet the satisfaction and expectations of its students and all stakeholders at the highest level; to be a proactive and innovative world university with international recognition and prestige; It aims to ensure that its students and graduates are sought-after, qualified, social individuals in national and international sectors, and to establish strategic partnerships to conduct education and research and to maintain these with determination. Adopts to comply with quality management system requirements and continuous improvement; It ensures that continuous improvement works are secured.

In accordance with our General Quality Policy, our specific policies are as follows.

Education

– By putting the student at the center, it prepares rich learning environments that will facilitate their learning, offers versatile learning environments and interdisciplinary education opportunities.

– It aims to increase the education and training skills and competencies of academic staff.

– It aims to increase the competence and satisfaction of students, academic staff and administrative staff who are in indirect interaction with them in educational activities.

– It encourages and supports original studies to be carried out in education units in order to raise innovative, self-confident, competitive and entrepreneurial individuals.

– Improves communication and interaction environments (workshop, protocol, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders (sectoral) in education and encourages studies to be done on this subject.

– Activates studies such as practice, internship, technical trip, project in order to continuously increase the quality in education.

– It maintains a “constructivist” approach that will ensure active participation of the student in educational activities.

– It improves the conditions for the education and training of students who require a special approach.

Research and development

– Increases R&D capacity with postgraduate, especially doctoral programs.

– It carries out R&D studies that will contribute to the solution of national and regional problems and the development of the country.
