A measurable, traceable and continuously improving system
The Directorate of Strategy and Quality supports the work of the Quality Commission, runs quality assessment, quality assurance and accreditation processes, and coordinates across academic and administrative units.
Our quality assurance system rests on documented and traceable processes, built on the principle of continuous improvement and open to stakeholder participation. Process performance is monitored through indicators linked to the Strategic Plan; findings from internal audits, surveys and management review are turned into corrective actions and action plans.
