Survey Results and Improvements

At our University, student and staff satisfaction is measured every semester; the results are analysed and improvement activities are planned through the PDCA cycle. The surveys are administered online by the Measurement and Evaluation Coordination Office.

Overall satisfaction 78.6 / 100
Highest Library facilities (83.8)
Lowest Social/sports activities (69.8)

Improvement suggestions: increasing social events and club activities, strengthening the sports infrastructure, developing digital learning content, reviewing assessment and evaluation processes.
Next steps: faculty-based satisfaction analyses, a yearly comparative survey system, unit-based action plans, annual reporting of the PDCA cycle.

Improvement suggestions: reorganising the distribution of academic duties, workload analyses, revising the performance evaluation system, improving the physical infrastructure, reviewing salary and incentive systems.
Next steps: unit-based satisfaction analyses, yearly comparative reporting, systematic monitoring of open-ended feedback, faculty-based action plans.
