Process Management and Monitoring

Our Quality Management System has been established and documented in line with the requirements of TS EN ISO 9001. The process approach model is designed and implemented within the framework of the aims of the Strategic Plan. Activities and work processes that may affect service quality and stakeholder satisfaction have been identified, and the capability of processes to achieve their objectives and their performance are monitored. Continuous improvement cycles (PDCA) are described within each process, and the workflows linked to processes are defined separately.
